L'Avenida Hotel is pleased to welcome guests between 1st February and 1st November. Rates include buffet breakfast, mini-bar soft drinks, free wifi, and complementary use of Agapanto Beach Club facilities (July & August) in Port Soller (subject to availability). Local tax extra at 10%.
A minimum 3 night stay is required between 01.05 and 31.10, and a minimum 2 night stay at other times. Children over the age of 14 years are welcome.
Extra fold-away beds charged at €80 per night per bed (inc. breakfast). A single occupancy discount of €10 per night is applicable to all rates.
Bookings and Cancellations: All reservations will need to be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival without any surcharge. Bookings cancelled between 14 and 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged at 50% of original room nights booked. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, premature departures or no-shows will be charged at 100% of the original roomnight value booked. The hotel reserves the right to charge the original credit card used to make the deposit payment, or any other credit card given to the hotel by a guest to guarantee the reservation.
