Bookings and Cancellations: A 25% booking deposit is required to secure any reservation. Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival with no surcharge. Bookings cancelled between 14 and 30 days of arrival date will be charged 50% of the total number of room nights originally booked. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival, no-shows or premature departures will be charged at full rate for all room-nights originally booked.

L'Avenida Hotel is pleased to welcome guests between the following dates: 1st February and 31st October.

Entire hotel for 1 week on an exclusive basis including one 4-course gala dinner 18,950 €, ex IVA (VAT).

Prices are per room per night including continental style breakfast, excluding 7% local tax.

Extra fold-away beds charged at €80 per night per bed (inc. breakfast).

A single occupancy discount of €10 is applicable to the above rates.
